Boarding & Cruise Information
Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. Please arrive on time — the cruise follows a strict timetable and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Once the boat departs, it cannot return to collect passengers. Refunds will not be offered for missed departures.
All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Ticketing & Identification
Passengers must present their boat ticket on boarding.
Adults (18+) are required to show photo ID. Wristbands will be issued and must be worn to be served alcohol.
Infants under 2 travel free, but a ticket must still be selected. No food or drinks are provided for under 2s.
Travel & Accessibility
Please allow extra time for travel to the pier; our vessels cannot return for late passengers. All group bookings must arrive together.
Buggies are not permitted onboard due to limited space and accessibility requirements.
Babies are welcome, but there are no changing facilities onboard.
The cruise operates in all weather. Our vessels are enclosed, so guests are protected from wind, rain, or snow. Outdoor deck is not heated – please bring coats or wear warm clothing.
Onboard Rules
Tickets are non-refundable.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
No outside food or drinks are allowed onboard.
All bars accept cash and card.
Operational Notes
All bookings are subject to vessel changes or other operational adjustments. We reserve the right to substitute boats, cancel, or amend bookings if necessary. We are not liable for any resulting losses or expenses.
Fireworks views are subject to the Captain’s discretion, river conditions, tides, or official advice.
The Battersea Park Fireworks are organized by a third party. London Party Boats is not responsible for cancellations or postponements and will not offer refunds in such cases.
