Please click the link at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email to view your ticket. Your ticket will show the pier and the address you will be embarking and disembarking from. If there are any changes to this, you will be informed prior to the event date.

We recommend arriving at the boarding pier at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled boarding time. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given should you miss the boarding slot.
