We will endeavour to match the menu but reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value.
We operate an over 18's policy on this cruise.
Bottomless Prosecco is time-limited to 1.5 hours and times cannot be extended. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. Alcohol is served to over 18s only and proof of ID may be required.
The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.
The cruise operates regardless of the weather. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
So we can ensure you are all booked together please try to book as one group, however if this is not possible please ensure that you include a lead name in the comments section at checkout.
If you make a reservation for more than 8 people you will be split across 2 tables.
If you make a reservation for 2-4 people you may be sharing your table with another group.
